Podium Mentality provides human performance support for motorsport drivers, families, teams and academies. The business is operated by Ben Hawkins.

Information we collect
When you complete an enquiry form or contact Podium Mentality directly, we may collect:
- your name and contact details;
- your role, organisation or relationship to the driver;
- driver age, current series or level, where relevant;
- information about the support being requested;
- messages, notes and follow-up correspondence.
We only ask for information that helps us understand the enquiry and respond appropriately.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether Podium Mentality is an appropriate fit, prepare conversations or proposals, deliver agreed work and maintain clear professional records.
Where work involves under-18s, information may also be used to support safeguarding, welfare and professional decision-making.
Sharing and confidentiality
Information is handled discreetly and is not sold. It is only shared where necessary to deliver agreed support, with consent where appropriate, or where there is a safeguarding, welfare or legal reason to do so.
Confidentiality is important, but it is not absolute. If there is a concern that someone may be at risk of harm, information may need to be shared with appropriate people or organisations.
Storage and retention
Enquiry information and professional records are kept only for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, including follow-up, service delivery, safeguarding, legal or accounting requirements.
Where information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or securely disposed of.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to any safeguarding, legal or professional record-keeping requirements.
